## Flow Dynamics
Flow dynamics are the flip side of shadow dynamics. Positive emotional resonances that are present in functioning groups.
1. Dependency → Followership: The conscious choice to align with and bond emotionally with the leader's direction, while still maintaining a sense of personal responsibility and agency in one's role.
2. Fight or Flight → Engagement: Channel the energies of aggression and fear that arise from discomfort with present circumstances towards effective problem solving.
3. Pairing → Passionate Collaboration: Focusing erotic energy towards task-related creativity and problem-solving while staying grounded in the group's objectives.
4. Oneness → Cohesion: Cultivating a strong sense of belonging and trust among group members while maintaining clear connection to the task and individual differentiation.
5. Me-Ness → Mindful Authorization: Forming trusting bonds with other group members through the exercise of good judgment and discernment, enabling the effective exchange of authorization while maintaining individual autonomy and decision-making within one's roles and boundaries.
